Includes bathroom fixtures, hot and cold water piping (needs a point of use hot water heater), wiring throughout with central breaker panel and plugs for window/wall AC units in each room, kitchen cabinets with sink and marble countertops, single burner hot plate, commercial style front glass doors with closers and sliding glass patio doors on side. This unit has not been unfolded. This is NOT a container that has been converted but rather a new model that has the feel of a traditional container house.
