  to pickup you items   ITEM REMOVAL:  Load out ASSISTANCE 
 will be available for pickup on Wednesday\, September 30 &  
 Thursday\, October 1 from 9am to 4pm. A telehandler will be 
 onsite through Tuesday\, October 9\, 2026. After that item re
 moval will be 100% the buyers responsibility.  *Of special 
 note items that are inside the shop connected to power will 
 need to have a rigging service to disconnect and remove from
  building. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK THESE ITEMS UP ON TH
 E TWO LOAD OUT DAYS. All items MUST be removed by Tuesday\, O
 ctober 13\, 2026. After that Witcher Auctions will move the i
 tems to our Wynne\, AR Yard and  items will be considered ab
 andoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no
  recourse to the buyer unless prior arrangements are made. T
