It is the buyer's sole responsibility to physically inspect items prior to bidding. It is not the consignor/seller's responsibility to physically inspect items for buyers.  Any loading assistance offered is a courtesy. Witcher Auctions will make every effort to assist with loading during the listed loadout dates/times if available. Witcher Auctions is not responsible for any injury or damage during loadout. Any buyer or buyer's representative that uses Witcher Auctions' machinery to load themselves, does so at their own risk.
