All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. In order to purchase any item at this sale, a buyers number must be obtained from Witcher Auctions. A driver's license or comparable form of valid photo ID is required to register on-site. All purchases must be paid for in full on sale day. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guaranty (for new buyers only), cashiers check, any major credit card. Bank letters must be addressed to Witcher Auctions, dated for 1/30/24 and state a specific amount to be guaranteed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Bank letters must be verified by Witcher Auctions during normal banking hours. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
A credit card is required to register for online bidding. When you register for the first time on our site/app, a $500 test charge will go through on your card and is immediately voided. We do not hold this as a deposit. Some banks take a couple of days for this charge to show as voided. This only happens the first time you register for an auction. You will automatically be registered to future auctions as long as your account is in good standing.
ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on sale day until 5pm, then Wednesday - Friday, 1/31-2/2. Loadout will be by appointment only after Friday, 2/9/24. All purchases must be removed by Friday, February 9. Items not removed within 10 days will be moved to an offsite location, daily storage and hauling fees WILL be assessed. Items not removed within 30 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Witcher Auctions LLC and no refund will be given to buyer.
TAXES/FEES: MS sales tax applies. *Mississippi sales tax applies. Any farmers with a notarized MS farm use affidavit present at checkout will be charged a reduced sales tax rate of 1.5%.* Out of state buyers who provide a bill of lading by 5pm on Feb 9, for items shipped out of state via a 3rd party carrier, will be refunded any collected sales tax. All other buyers must pay 7% sales tax. 0% Buyer's premium on-site and 5% on-line 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.
