All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview is available daily during daylight hours, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

A credit card is required to register for online bidding. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Saturday, December 2nd at 4:00 pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.
Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Friday 12/01 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. A 5% fee will apply to all credit card transactions. Payment may be made at pickup on Saturday December 2nd by cash or cashiers check.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
**NOTE**: Pickup will be on Saturday December 2nd from 9-4pm only. Please plan accordingly
ITEM REMOVAL: Load out will be available on Saturday 12/02/2023 from 9am-4pm only. All items must be picked up on Saturday 12/02/2023. After that no loader will be available, and a $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund.
TAXES/FEES: No sales tax on this auction. A flat 10% Buyer's premium will be charged to each items winning bid. A 5% fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
