Location: Bardwell Rd, Earl AR Map Link Google maps shows that Bradwell Rd Crosses the railroad tracks. It does not. The easiest way is to turn on to county road 811 off of Hwy 64.
Directions:
From Parkin: Head East on HWY 64. Just before the Riceland Grain bins turn right (south) on County Road 811. Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks turn left (east) on County Road 880, go approximately 1.5 miles an turn south on Bradwell Rd. Equipment is located on the west side of the road approximately 1.1 miles on the right.
From Earl: Head west on HWY 64. Just past the Riceland grain bins turn left (south) on county road 812. Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks turn left (east) on County Road 880, go approximately 1.5 miles and turn south on Bradwell Rd. Equipment is located on the west side of the road approximately 1.1 miles on the right.

If an invoice remains unpaid after Wednesday, December 6th at 5:00 pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.
Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Wednesday 12/06 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: A loader will be available for pickup on 12/06 from 9-4 ONLY. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility. All items MUST be removed by December 19th after that a $20 per item, per day storage will be charged after December 30th all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.

- Flat 5% buyers premium on all items
- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
