All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS.  Preview is available daily during daylight hours, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyers are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

This is an online-only auction.

A credit card is required to register for online bidding. When you register for the first time on our site/app, a $500 test charge will go through on your card and is immediately voided. We do not hold this as a deposit. Some banks take a couple of days for this charge to show as voided. This only happens the first time you register for an auction. You will automatically be registered to future auctions as long as your account is in good standing.

Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 24 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Friday. February 2nd at 5:00 pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.

Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Friday 02/02/2024  from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashier's check, wire transfer or credit card. Approved check, cashier's check and cash only will be accepted on site.

No items will be removed from the sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.

ITEM REMOVAL: A loader will be available for pickup on Friday, Feb 2 and Sat, Feb 3 from 9-4 ONLY. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers' responsibility. All items MUST be removed 14 days after the auction closes... after that all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.

 

TAXES/FEES

  • Flat 3% buyers premium on all items
  • 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
  • *Mississippi sales tax applies. Any farmers with a current, approved MS farm use affidavit present at checkout will be charged a reduced sales tax rate of 1.5%. This applies even to out of state farmers wishing to qualify for farm tax rate!
  • * Out of state buyers who provide a bill of lading by 5pm on Feb 9, for items shipped out of state via a 3rd party common carrier, will be refunded any collected sales tax. All other buyers must pay 7% sales tax.
