Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

If an invoice remains unpaid after Friday, April 5 at 5:00 pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.
Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Friday 04/05/2024 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. Approved check, cashiers check and cash only will be accepted on site.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: Load out will be 100% the buyers responsibility. No loader will be available. All items MUST be removed 14 days after the auction close after that all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.

- Flat 10% buyers premium on all items
- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
